Kids Sandboarding Parties
An exciting healthy alternative which is more fun than you can imagine. Our guides will meet you at Atlantis Sand Dunes, the largest shifting dune field in the Western Cape,
only 35mins from the V&A Waterfront.

| SCHOOL CAMP PROGRAMME OUTLINE |
| DAY 1: Sandboarding & Dune Experience |
We offer your students the opportunity to experience the thrill of sandboarding with SunScene.
Our guides will share some interesting facts on the shifting dune field with your group before the fun begins!
Our ABC Sandboarding Lesson is easy to follow to ensure an introduction to this extreme sport is fun and safe, with our sandboards and foot bindings being purpose made for use on sand.
After a well deserved break for a picnic-styled lunch, we wrap-up our dune day with a silly sandboarding Olympics where groups get to compete against each other and show off their newly acquired skills with a sandboard.
We guarantee everyone will return to camp will return to camp exhilarated, tired and very sandy! |
| DAY 2: Outdoor Adventure Course |
Join us at our exciting, purpose built Adventure Course for an action packed day of outdoor fun and teamwork.
This day allows learners to challenge themselves, face their fears and build team spirit!
From balancing beams to our awesome zipline, there is something for everybody to enjoy.
All in a safe forest environment with expert friendly guides close by. |
| DAY 3: Wastecraft Art |
Join in the “junk evolution” with a Deep South beach walk followed by a beach craft session.
Learners will go on an adventure to gather materials off the beach such as kelp, shells and rubbish etc and return to camp , where the craft team will demonstrate their unique skills of transforming “junk” into art!
It’s amazing what a wonderful Vuvuzela can be made from a piece of dried out kelp!
Learners can create art, in an earth friendly spirit, whilst learning the all important message of reduce, reuse and recycle.
