GIVE YOUR CHILD A SOLID FOUNDATION

Today there are so many factors that result in children becoming increasingly less physically active and this has a direct negative impact on their health. Regular physical activity plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of many lifestyle-related diseases that are becoming increasingly prevalent in our youth.

Golf is the great equaliser, and appeals to children of all shapes and sizes. And it can be played with equal ability by boys and girls of all ages.
It's a great way to get children to be more physically active and healthy.

Junior Golf Programme Benefits and Learning Areas

Golf improves overall physical fitness, assists the development of muscles, and strengthens the heart and lungs. It is a good way to get a whole body workout without causing too much strain.

Research is showing that there is a significant relationship between students’ academic achievement and physical fitness. Students who do well on fitness tests also do well academically.

Golf teaches integrity and sportsmanship.

Kids spend supervised time in a peaceful, natural environment, where they are nurtured and have fun.

Kids learn responsibility – they learn to treat the range/course, equipment and fellow players with respect.

Friendships are often a result of golf lessons as kids encourage each other and often work together.
